Rhapsody BOM Reservation Fee - by Anna Maria Textiles

The Rhapsody quilt is a celebration of Anna Maria's twenty years in fabric design, but also an expression of love. She says, "I love art. I love flowers. I love making quilts. And this quilt makes no apologies for any of it. I have also loved sharing my journey with YOU. So let's begin the next twenty years with my first Anna Maria Textiles Block of the Month program."

The Rhapsody Block of the month is an exciting program full of creating and skill-building opportunities, designed to explore color and applique with Anna Maria. The Rhapsody collection of fabrics was developed specifically for this quilt, making the applique cutting process feel intuitive and natural. The Rhapsody Quilt is a collage of 20 Anniversary Vases - some framed individually as works of art, others flowing with floral applique - all set within traditional 9-patches and Quarter Square Triangles. The Rhapsody pattern will provide guidance for applique, and Anna Maria is also providing a free monthly video for BOM participants to highlight key techniques and offer added insight for extra confidence. For local participants, Cotton Candy Fabrics will have a kick-off party to demonstrate the methods of applique to make this quilt. The pattern is divided into five parts and will provide detailed fabric cutting guidance, along with applique methods suitable for both hand and machine work. The pattern is comprehensive and includes two templates, and the kit includes all of the fabric to make the top and binding. The Rhapsody quilt finishes at 72" x 84". 

Space is limited in the Rhapsody Block of the Month program. This non-refundable reservation fee guarantees your spot and will be applied to the balance due when kits are available in July. The Block of the Month program starts in September.
