The Blues - Crochet Fitsgerald - By Janet Clare For Moda Fabrics

‘The Blues’ have been inspiring musicians and artists like me for well over a century. As I read up a little and listened to the music my sketchbook filled with painted ombres in a myriad of blue tones, crotchets, quavers, and musical staves. But perhaps my favorite print is the one inspired by Chiquita, Josephine Baker’s cheetah!

This print is Crochet Fitsgerald and features tone on tone black octothorps with a dark blue background.
