Winter Fashion Vibes Apparel Series Class with Sam Donovan
Thursdays, January 8, January 22, January 29, February 5, February 12, 2026 | 6 pm - 9 pm
Join Sam in this 5-class series where you will make up to three Winter fashions - this is a great skill building opportunity with Sam and a unique opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind wardrobe! Sam will help you pick the right size, select fabric, and show you how to sew your projects. There will be adaptations for men.
The class is a five-session class, but if you miss a class, we will include you in an open sew session to make up your work. Note we are unable to give refunds for individually missed sessions. If you are going to miss more than one session, please speak to Sam or Erin so we can try to add you to an open sew.
Signing up for this class represents your agreement with our Class and Events Policies at Cotton Candy Fabrics. Our Class and Events Policy is available on our website under the Classes tab.

| Instructor: | Samuel Joseph Donovan |
| Instructor Bio: | Sam Donovan is the Director of Apparel Sewing here at Cotton Candy fabrics. A graduate of Parsons, Sam also appeared on Project Runway twice, where he was a runner-up and an All-Star. His passion for helping people learn how to sew is inherited from his grandmothers, all of whom had a role in his fashion and sewing beginnings. Nowadays, Sam can be found bouncing around the Cotton Candy Sewing Room, soy latte in hand, pins stuck in his shirt pocket, helping people learn the newest apparel pattern Cotton Candy is offering. He hopes to see you in a sewing class soon, but beware: he?ll probably try to get you to try pattern mixing. Watch our calendar for Sam?s apparel classes. |
