Get ready for Halloween by making your own Spellbound Witch Hat with Kim Spinelli. The Spellbound hat is a quilted, lined and wearable Witch’s Hat with an optional sash. You can make yours quilted or non-quilted. Kim will teach you all the techniques to have a successful finish! You’ll have so much fun you’ll want to make another for a friend!
