Modern Trip Around the World Quilt Class
Saturdays July 23 and August 18 - 10:00am -2:00pm
Make this stunning Modern Trip Around the World with 24 fat quarters, strip piecing and strategic fabric placement. You can use any 20 fat quarters provided there is a range of colors or tones - bring your own or select from our two bundles curated for this quilt. (Kaffe Fassett in a rainbow of colors or Kasuri batiks in shades of blue)
The first class will focus on fabric placement and strip piecing and the second class will focus on following the pattern to create the "around the world" technique.
To truly understand the flexibility of this fun pattern be sure to check out our two shop samples - one in shades of blue and the other in a rainbow of colors.

| Skill Details: | All skill levels welcome. Beginners should be comfortable with sewing an accurate 1/4" seam and using a rotary cutter. |
| Requirements: | Modern Trip Around the World pattern, 24 fat quarters, 6.5" x 24" ruler, Rotary cutter with new blade, Pins or Wonder clips, Scissors, Thread, Pen, Sewing machine with bobbin (unless you are using ours), Any other supplies you find helpful for sewing |
